Where a lot of the birth education out there teaches you about how to give birth, I believe in supporting both parents holistically before, during and after. I also take a coaching style rather than just teaching content, making space for reflection and exploration, empowering parents in their own learning and relationship.

Anything I do is about preparing you both to thrive birth and post-partum. I care for your body, mind, spirit, relationship with each other, your village, and your baby. I will guide you about your rights, how to advocate for yourself, overcoming challenges and thriving during this transformation.

My recourses and courses are being developed along with professional collaborators to bring you expansive, evidence based education and nurturing support.

My prices can be found in the Doula Packages page. They vary depending on the package and any additional support, adaptations or services you would like. Doula prices depend on experience, expertise, location, additional support and whether the doula is mentored.

I am based on the boarder of the New Forest in Southampton. My radius covers about 25 miles from me (up to an hour) unless you are happy to agree to an extended timeframe and fe to cover additional distance. Let me me know where you’re based in your enquiry form and I’ll be able to let you know what I can provide or refer you onto other doulas!

I am happy to discuss mutually agreed plans for payment. If you’d love for a doula but do not have any budget fo one due to low income, you can request friends and family to purchase doula UK vouchers or mayb be eligible for referral to Doula UK’s access fund for free support from a professional (e.g. social worker)

Yes! I believe in supporting all families from all walks of life, beliefs and expressions of identity so all families can thrive. Everyone who works with me will be treated with the same love, care and support, free from judgement or exclusion. You are welcome here no matter your sexual identity.

Aiming for Summer 2024 - the juggle of work and parenting a toddler has lengthened this process more than anticipated!

Yes! I am able to attend your birth. Should I not be able to, this will be stated in any agreement with you and where possible, I will aim to have a back-up doula who can support your birth.

I provide Doula support in-person within Hampshire, some of Dorset and South-west London. For antenatal only, I can travel further at increased fee to cover additional travel costs and time travelling. I also provide virtual support from anywhere in the world.
